1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bdozawa ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. These Terms apply to all users and visitors who access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bdozawa is a Kurdish-focused business finder application that helps users discover nearby businesses across the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, including restaurants, cafes, gyms, parks, shops, hospitals, pharmacies, and laboratories. The App provides information such as business names, locations, contact details, operating hours, images, and descriptions.

3. No Account Required

The App does not require users to create an account, register, or provide any personal information. All browsing and discovery features are available without any form of registration or login.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers.
• Use the App for spam, harassment, or fraudulent purposes.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute App content without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks.

5. Business Listings

Business owners and representatives may submit and manage listings through a separate admin portal. By submitting a listing, you agree that:

• You have the right to represent the business and publish its information.
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You are responsible for keeping business information, hours, and contact details up to date.
• You grant Bdozawa a non-exclusive license to display the listing and related media in the App.
• We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any listing at our discretion.

6. Map and Routing Services

All map tiles and routing services in the App are powered entirely by KurdGeo Services, which is owned and operated by the same developer as Bdozawa. All map and routing infrastructure is self-hosted on our own servers, covering only the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. No map or routing data is sent to any third-party provider. No user data is collected through these services.

7. Location Services

The App may optionally request access to your device's location to show nearby places. Location access is not required to use the App. Users can manually browse places by city without granting location permission. If granted, location data is used only on-device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bdozawa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content in the App. Business hours, availability, and locations may change without notice. Users should verify important information directly with businesses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bdozawa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any errors or omissions in content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to conflict of law principles.
